I've pierced my nose (stud) countless times & I've always found it one of the few piercings so tough to heal. I used this product after soaking in sea salt to treat a minor discomfort that developed into a bump inside my nose. Overnight, the bump vanished! Using this couldn't be simpler—just roll some on a q-tip and you're good to go. Remember to wash your hands afterward!

I regret not taking progress photos when getting my nostril pierced because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get rid of the HUGE keloid and I had never dealt with one on any of my other piercings. This is really good stuff. I was about to give up and remove the jewelry for this second piercing on the same problematic side before I discovered this. The first image shows it at its bloody, oozing state. The second is the lump I developed when the bleeding stopped. The stuff has no aroma at all. The image suggests that the package contained an additional item, which it did not. This salve is lumpy when you first apply it to your skin, but when the beeswax warms up, it smooths out nicely. Applying too much will result in a greasy mess.
