Shingles has been beneficial for me,dealing with the pain of post herpatic neuralgia.

Was a BIG help where not much is available. It was wonderfully cooling and a definite relief. Can't imagine going through this without it. It's also possible that applying the cream helped me to not develop the blisters. Note to Base Labs: Why are you putting a cream in a pill bottle???? There's no possible way to get it all out. Needs to go into a WIDE-MOUTH JAR.

I have had Post Herpetic Neuralgia for over a year after a severe case of shingles. I take oral medication to reduce the pain, however, one of the most effective things I use is Shingbase cream. Without it, I am very uncomfortable and unable to get relief. Using it helps reduce pain significantly —- and without a strong smell and without staining. It’s a product I have a subscription for so that I never run out! Than you for making it!!

Spread it around with a plastic knife so you can reach into the container it comes in. Low round jar would’ve been a better option. The formula in the cream is excellent in relief of nerves.

My Mother got a terrible case of shingles on her left side back. She was in terrible pain. Someone suggested Shingbase to us and I ordered it right away. It was a great help to relieve the stinging and kind of numb the area for a while. She has recovered from the outbreak, but we are still using the product to relax the back for a better night's sleep. I highly recommend this product.

Shingbase is the only topical lidocaine product that works for my wife’s Post Herpetic Neuralgia (PHN). It has little to no fragrance, it’s not greasy, but it does work quickly! My wife says that although she’s taking oral medications for PHN, it’s Shingbase that helps her the most and gives her quick relief. We purchase it on a regular basis to keep it available daily!

This is the only cream that works! My rash was clear up with in 2 weeks. No itching at all. Cooling effect. Thank you, Judy

Excellent stuff, but the container is difficult to open.

My case of oral and face shingles is severe. I've used about 7 different topicals, but this one is the one I keep going back to. Of everything I've tried thus far, it offers the most and the most sustained relief. However, I ordered it without realizing that it was made in China. I find this to be uncomfortable. One built in the US has been found; it should arrive this weekend.

Works better than the majority of creams I've used—and trust me, I've tried a lot.

Its constancy makes it very simple to put into practice. I hope the pain alleviation would continue longer because it comes on gradually. It comes in a slim, short bottle. It is challenging to access all of the product because of the design of the bottle. If you continue to use this package, you must provide a long spatula so that the customer may access the entire product. If necessary, I would probably place another order. Please think about switching to jar-style packaging.

This cream offers temporary relief with its 4% lidocaine and menthol mix. The region is cooled by the menthol. When I was about five weeks into the dreadful shingles, I started using this. The blister-like outbreaks were mostly gone when I started taking Shingbase, compared to when I was using the silver sulfadiazine (given by someone who thought I had sunburn instead of shingles). I now have shingles on my back and front, and I'm at week 9. Although the rash is receding, even parts without it are still quite sensitive, so I continue to use Shingbase throughout the day and night. I might get another since the bottle is almost empty. Definitely, I would advise doing this.

My shingles were made tolerable by an ointment till they disappeared.

Wonderful product! great instantaneous pain alleviation! A tad pricey, but well worth it! If I knew if you could use it on your scalp, I might buy it again.

I've bought every over-the-counter lotion and spray available to stop the shingles itching. I have discovered that this is by far the greatest product. It lasts for more than ten minutes and is calming and cooling. fantastic stuff

This has been a excellent cream in helping the relief of Shingles pain however, the opening of the jar is too small and I need a small spatula to help remove the cream. A smaller jar with a larger mouth would be a lot easier.

Beginning in December of last year, I developed a DEEP case of shingles. They began at my sternum, traveled to my left breast, armpit, and spine. I had twice-daily IV antifungal medication while I was in the hospital for 7 days. Prior to being sent to the hospital, I had already taken the oral dose of the antifungal and other medications. I was really unhappy! I experienced a cactus-like sensation in my armpit whenever I tried to put my left arm by my side. I dared not to perspire for whatever cause! After my hospital stay for shingles expired, I was released. I wasn't much better. They prescribed me another oral antifungal for 10 days. Not until my friend sent me a "care box" with a variety of shingles-specific creams. One of the creams was called shingbase. I applied some and immediately felt relieved!! OMG!!! It was SOOOOO helpful! Without my Shingbase, I don't know where I would be. April is currently. My nerve discomfort from the shingles is now back. Even a sheet touching me bothers me to no end. Shingbase keeps me mentally stable. For the pain, I recently received an epidural steroid injection. I think it slightly lessened the discomfort. Today I'm purchasing 2 more bottles of Shingbase. As long as I have this nerve ache, I won't be without it. Well done! Guys! You've saved a life. I apologize for the delay.

For my eczema, this cream was incredibly helpful! I adore that it contains hemp seed oil; it definitely distinguishes it from competing items.

is an excellent product for the excruciating nerve pain you still experience in your back, especially in the lower back, but only after the shingles have dried! Is not a product to apply to the living shingles since it will burn and harm them. People today are experiencing the worst thing ever! self-vaccinated at 50 or immediately afterwards.

I've never purchased a cream that was so calming!

It reduced the "shock" discomfort in my nerves and contains moisturizers to aid in the healing process. My doctor gave me some lotion, but the ointment was so heavily steroid-infused that the adverse effects were terrifying. It undoubtedly reduced my discomfort, but the side effects prevented me from using it for longer than two days. The lidocaine in this product truly helped with the numbing effect, and it accomplishes what I wanted it to. The tingles from the shingles don't bother you.

My forehead, the area above my eye, and the top of my head are all affected by the nerve discomfort caused by shingles. I've tried a lot of other products, but none of them worked. This does offer some relief when I apply it to my forehead and the area around my eye. After a few hours, it starts to feel a little waxy, so I wipe it off and apply a fresh coating, which helps. Even while the discomfort isn't fully eliminated, it is lessened. Give it a try since without this cream, my forehead is scorching.

My eczema has responded well to the product. The cream doesn't burn when I use it like most others I've used, which is great because the winter is here and my skin gets so dry. Additionally, it has lessened the rashes on my affected areas. For any skin issues, I would suggest this product.

Compared to lidocaine alone, shingbase appears to operate better. It lasts longer than simply lidocaine because of the menthol. The shingbase has appeared to last all day long, while lidocaine appears to work for two to four hours at most. Although I've only tried it once so far, I'm optimistic. I'm hoping the menthol kills the virus because I'm unsure yet if this permits for spread.

Shingles blisters cause excruciating discomfort. You simply want them to leave as soon as possible. For me, this cream was a miracle worker. My blisters started to dry up after the second week of using it every day for a week.

This cream is thin and non-greasy. With menthol and lidocaine, it is cooling. I am putting it on my Shingles outbreak since it is uncomfortable, itchy, and dries out. This item works well and is calming.

But once the blisters had healed, the cream performed better because it reduced nerve discomfort. He claimed that he did his utmost to cleanse and dry the wounds. He applied the cream, which first became heated, then cooled, and finally numbed it, allowing him to get a short rest. Cream also assisted in hydrating dry skin that was around wounds.

I discover this lotion to be quite calming and cool.

WORKS!! I applied this on a couple of different injuries that I have had. I have nerve pain in my arm and causes a lot of pain. When the pain of it gets so bad it feels like exploding I rubbed this in really well and within 10 minutes the pain calmed down. I also used this on a shoulder with issues and it made for a night of pain free sleeping.

Does the job I have shingles on my hands that I have been battling with for nearly two years. In spite of using multiple creams, it will not go away. The itching is horrible. Keeper forsure The itching and nerve damage I was experiencing was terrible. I read the reviews and figured why not let’s try it. So glad I did, the itching and nerve pain disappeared . You do need to reapply every few hours. But wow what a difference.
