When my 16-year-old's cartlige was finished, it was really bothering her, so I ordered this for her. The pain stopped as soon as she began using it. Now she uses it every time she knocks it or a bush pulls on it.

Over the years, I have had numerous piercings, and I frequently use cleaning sprays. This is among the best I've used, in my honest opinion. It will instantly calm and soothe agitated piercings. It also assisted me in getting rid of a tiny bump that had been on my cartilage piercing for a few days.

I'm buying the Base Labs piercing aftercare for the second time. It does offer me immediate comfort, and I'm so pleased I had one of these on hand the other day when I slipped off my mask carelessly and it snagged on my newly pierced conch. I was happy to have my spray on hand because it stung so much! I clean my piercings twice to three times a day, and I use Neilmed mist piercing aftercare when they are sore. However, I don't use the Base labs until a fresh piercing has received only straight saline for a few days.

I started using BASE Labs Saline Spray after my partner introduced it to me. He tends not to deal with the same sensitivity issues as I do as I am prone to dermatographia (where simple scratches can leave raised red lines), keloids, and longer healing times for piercings. I decided to give the spray a shot seeing that I also try to remain as 'clean' as possible in my product usage and noticed that I could read every single ingredient on the bottle (MAJOR plus!). In combination with the Piercing Bump Treatment (which I ended up using less of, just 3 days a week / 1x per day) and a donut pillow I bought from Etsy (so I wouldn't place pressure on my ear), I used the spray 2x per day and cleaned gently around the post with a cotton swab. When I missed multiple days at a time or didn't use the pillow, I noticed the irritation and keloids would recur BUT, when I went back to using these primary two lifesavers, I noticed that within a couple weeks, my ear's healing time went right back on track and the keloids shrunk until they were gone. This cycle has happened at least 3 times now (until I learned my lesson as I am forgetful at times ), so I can fully say that these products work (albeit slower if you let it get too far gone)!!

It does an excellent job of keeping my piercings clean and preventing infections. It only takes a tiny spritz in the morning and evening. (Piercings in the ears, nipples, chest, and belly button)

This has worked beautifully after I had my snug, double helix, daith, and tragus pierced. I don't sleep on my piercings because most of them are on one ear, but I can spray this on them right away to relieve discomfort if they start to hurt and throb. For piercings to heal, I spray roughly six times per day. This is totally worth it, even though my ears are sensitive! Because this takes care of everything for me, I never have to go in and touch my piercings with my unclean hands!

Saline for piercings should just be water and 0.9% sodium chloride and this one includes numerous additions which is marketed to be helpful but it's really not perfect for healing piercings. The following is a sample of what you will find in the book.

have used a number of other products and even saw a doctor, but it was only a temporary solution. However, after reading the reviews, I made the decision to give this spray a try. I could already tell a difference after about 3 days, and a week later, the infection was mostly gone. It was well worth the money, and I now use it whenever I do yard work, come home from the gym, or just about every other day for no particular reason. Even though my death is healed, I still have one bottle in my vacation bag and one at home. I would recommend giving it a try. I've been known to grab it while I'm sleeping. Now that I use it, I've had no problems with my new nose piercing.

The beautiful, fine mist of the spray appears to be soothing to the piercing so far. The only problem I have is that the flossers for piercing holes are very thin and bend when you try to feed them through. To pass through an earlobe was nearly impossible. Will report any alterations! Update: The spray is fantastic; it significantly minimized the piercing bump caused by the industrial piercing's top hole and helped my ears' discomfort. After getting my conch pierced, I started to experience the dreaded piercing bumb around two weeks later. I chose this sea salt soak because it also contains so many other fantastic natural components. Happy to report that my piecing bumb is fully gone two weeks after using this roughly every other day. I didn't think the cotton ball would truly work, so I used it to soak my ear in a tiny cup for about two to three minutes in the hotter water I could take, and it worked. Since my conch piercing is only a month old and sometimes gets irritating when I accidently sleep on it, I'll keep wearing it, but it's doing much better. I wholeheartedly endorse! Get rid of that bumb by purchasing this.

I don't know why, but after getting my nose pierced, I experienced a negative reaction. I tried a number of other products, but nothing helped. I had a sore the size of a huge pimple on my nose for over two months before using this product, and three days later, it was gone. I would highly recommend it if you experience a negative reaction to your piercing, though even if you don't, it will be a good preventive measure.

If you know what an industrial piercing is like, you understand how difficult it is. They claim that healing takes a year; I wish I had understood that earlier (my fault). However, all of my other piercings have healed quickly and without any issues, but this one is extremely sensitive to everything I do. The best thing is that it frequently grabs my hair and waves hello to my hair brush more often than I'd like. Triple Caution: If you have young children, watch out for hair tangles and pulling. We weren't very far into the healing period, and it was beginning to develop irritation bumps, so I was losing hope. Saline water was the only thing that really helped, but I needed more to get the bumps to go away and calm the itching. This has been incredible thus far, and combining such a fun process is so simple. Will continue to update as I've been pleased thus far:)

My ear piercing has finally started to heal after using this solution for a few days! My only criticism is that when it dropped onto my shirt, it created a temporary stain, but it washed out easily in the wash.

This item is great, with the exception of a packing error/product spill all over the outside of the bottles. I switched the studs in my double helix cartilage piercing for hoops. Since the modification, they have refused to budge and have even started to act annoyed and slightly infected. Compared to the sterile saline wound wash I was using, this product completely cured the irritation and removed any heated, exacerbated feelings I was experiencing. I have no hesitation in recommending this item.

I bought this for my ear piercing since it was horribly infected. After using it for a week, the infection had completely up. Since getting my ears pierced over three months ago, I've continued to use this product and would suggest it. Purchase a small container and keep it handy.

I developed a keloid/abscess 2 months after getting a new ear lobe piercing. I made all effort I could to get rid of it. Bacitracin and Neosporin had no effect. I began using these compresses twice daily and saw results right away. It assisted the wound in releasing the fluid therein. However, the tumor had barely diminished after almost two weeks. I discussed it with my doctor, who prescribed antibiotics and instructed me to continue using these compresses twice daily. The lump was gone by the end of the week after taking antibiotics and doing this. So, call your doctor if doing this alone does not help you get rid of it.

Six weeks after receiving a new nose piercing and noticing a keloid bulge, I bought this. I was cleaning the piercing with salt-based cleaners and cures and attempting to get rid of the bulge. I tried everything, but nothing seemed to work. I purchased this and began using it simply a couple times per day. My piercing and the keloid were both entirely cured by this medication. I think that this hastened the healing of the fresh piercing. and a reduction in pain. I kept applying a drop each day.

This has been quite helpful in keeping my piercings clean. In addition, it lasts more time than the liquid cleaner.

Since I had a helix piercing bump, I figured I'd try this. Simply add water to the salt mixture, soak the earring for five minutes, then dampen the wound. I've been trying it for a few weeks, but the hump hasn't shrunk. It does have all the necessary components to create a calming atmosphere. Two respectable-sized jars of the salt combination are included with this. I'll stick at it to see if it gets better.

I love how well this salt wash keeps my piercings clean. My skin is neither irritated or dried out by it, and it is mild. Since a little goes a long way, it offers excellent value. You only need 1/4 tsp per 8 ounces of water to be effective. It comes with two bottles, so it ought to last a while! Prior to using this to keep it clean, my cartilage piercing would occasionally become inflamed, but I have had no issues. I advise giving it a shot to see if it also works for you.

This product produces a lot of cleansing wash and is simple to use. I ordered this as a second try to repair my nose piercing after a piercing bump appeared there. Some of the reviewers stated that their bumps greatly decreased within a week or two. I bathed it twice daily as instructed for about a week and a half, properly cleaned it after. With the exception that the infection now appears to be gone, the lump is still there and appears to be unchanged. In my experience, sea salt works wonders for accelerating the healing of wounds and other difficulties. Definitely made my bump a little smaller. I then added some Bentonite clay into it to assist get rid of the piercing bump.
