What can I put in this nebulizer?
Saline solution only. Do not use thick, viscous, oily, or cloudy liquids — they can block the mesh plate and stop the device from misting properly. If a licensed healthcare professional recommends a different solution for your device, follow their guidance.
What's the difference between High Flow and Low Flow mode?
High Flow runs a 10-minute session at a higher output. Low Flow runs 20 minutes at a gentler output. Press once for High Flow, twice for Low Flow. There's also a Manual Mode — press and hold the side button to mist only while you're holding it.
What attachments come with it?
Three: a mouthpiece for direct inhalation, an adult mask, and a child mask. Children should always use the device under adult supervision.
How do I clean it after each session?
Remove the mask or mouthpiece and pour out any leftover saline. Add hot water (above 185°F / 85°C) to the bottle, reattach it, and run Cleaning Mode for 5 minutes. Rinse the detachable parts and let everything air dry fully. Never immerse the main unit in water, and never wipe or touch the mesh plate — it cracks easily.
How do I charge it, and can I use it while charging?
It charges over USB-C with the included cable. Charge it fully before first use. Use a compatible charger — an incompatible or damaged one is the most common reason a unit won't charge.
Why isn't it misting, or why is the mist weak?
Usually one of four things: the bottle is empty, the saline isn't touching the mesh (tilt the unit slightly), the bottle isn't clicked into the main unit securely, or you're using purified water instead of saline. Adding a small amount of 0.9% saline resolves most cases.
Can more than one person use it?
The device is intended for single-person use. If you're covering a household, each person should have their own unit rather than sharing attachments.
