The stuff has no aroma at all. The image suggests that the package contained an additional item, which it did not. This salve is lumpy when you first apply it to your skin, but when the beeswax warms up, it smooths out nicely. Applying too much will result in a greasy mess.

Every single piercing I've ever had results in a keloid. For some reason, even though getting piercings is genetically predisposed to me, I still choose to do it. I opted to pierce both sides of my nose around three weeks ago (one side was being pierced over top of an old keloid that was pretty flat).I was cleaning my piercings three times a day and trying my best to prevent keloids, but lo and behold, I develop a huge keloid exactly where my previous flat one was.
