I can visibly see the oil working after just a week and I will also say I love the mist that the spray has! Sadly the qtips are a bit of a miss for me as the the swab slides down the stick that it’s attached to and ends up poking my sensitive ears so I’ll switch between them and a regular qtip that I’ve dipped in the spray for more comfort.

Literally im super super happy i can’t explane how fast this product is. I was getting an irritation bump & as you see above pictures that was a quick clean up in 3 DAYS!!! This product is very good, my piercing was so sore and tender before starting this product. I bought a 14k gold nose ring and started using this product. Now it feel so much better, the cleanser do a very good job and then the piercing bump solution make it feels even better also, I have a small keloid on surface of the piercing and I believe it’s not so swollen any more. Totally recommend this product!

Base Laboratories is a beautiful brand that I recommend if you need sterile saline spray. It may be difficult to spray, but it is the greatest way to clean your new piercings.
liked this stuff a lot! It took a few weeks to see a difference, but it was well worth it to get rid of the piercing bulge I thought was a keloid. Even after switching to titanium earrings, I couldn't get rid of it until I used this product twice a day (morning and evening).
I don't usually oversell products, but this one is absolutely worth it! I never worried because my hair always covered it. Well, I cut my hair on Tuesday of last week, and on the left is how the keloid appeared, and on the right is how it appeared FOUR DAYS after I started using this product. I'll keep using this even if it has significantly shrunk and hope that it eventually completely disappears. I firmly advise purchasing this item.

I wish I'd bought this when I initially got my piercing. It has greatly aided in the healing process. After only two days of utilizing this spray, the bump on my nose is almost gone. It is completely worthwhile.

Although the ingredients are quite basic, they make the ideal mix. I've had a few piercings, but I've never developed a keloid, so I was ready to remove my piercing. but this prevented it! It took around two weeks to start working. After cleansing the piercing, use it twice each day. Simply DO IT!
When I have piercings, I constantly suffer with developing keloids, and this is the only product that eliminates them!

Fabulous products for piercing aftercare . I just got my daith pierced in the side i predominantly sleep on which typically irritates my piercings. I have not had an issue with this piercing using these products. They really work and it keeps my piercings healthy. I highly recommend- the q-tips are ny favorite for on the go care

Love the aftercare line
I was skeptical as I usually am until I try a product. I had gotten my left nostril double pierced in July 2025, but developed a piercing bump between the two piercings. Within a week of using this piercing bump serum, it has gone away and you cannot even tell that it was there. These products are remarkable and honestly every piercing artist should carry these products in their shop as opposed to normal saline. Super happy about the results!
Great! I love the cue tips because for whatever reason my new rook piercing gets so itchy. I was using just the spray and it was keeping it clean but it was so itchy. I used regular cue tips and the rubbing as giving me an irritation bump so I got these cue tips with the aloe infused and other stuff. They helped to soothe the itchy piercing while it’s healing. Helps me keep my hands off my fresh piercing too.

I got a nose ring 3 months ago and it has not healed and I have big bump. I recently received the trio and it seems to be making a difference so far. Will continue to see how it works but it’s already looking and feeling much better.
big fan that the piercing after care spray is an actual spray, unlike some of the other products out there. and the aftercare swabs are so convenient! i keep them in my purse, and use when needed. will def be buying again
