My piercing lump has decreased, but the keloid has not. I placed an order for another one, assuming that this was just because I hadn't used the product for long enough. I was so bummed when I revived this one. The image shows that not all of the swabs are filled to the same degree and that some of them are unclean. I had some that weren't as full in my previous delivery, but nothing to this degree. Both the cotton and the packaging are damp, indicating that the swabs leaked. The swabs' ability to contain enough solution to function is hit or miss, but overall, a fantastic idea and a respectable product.
