1. What's the difference between the bundles?
The device is identical in all of them. Only the saline changes: 0.9% is isotonic (standard), 3% and 7% are hypertonic at progressively higher sodium chloride concentrations.
2. Which concentration should I start with?
0.9% isotonic is the standard starting point and the concentration this device's performance specs were tested with. If your routine calls for hypertonic saline, 3% and 7% are available. Consult your healthcare provider to confirm which fits your routine.
3. What can I put in this nebulizer?
Saline solution only. Do not use medications, essential oils, or thick, oily, viscous, or cloudy liquids — they block the mesh plate and stop the device from misting.
4. Do the vials fit the nebulizer cup?
Yes. Each vial holds 5ml and the cup takes up to 10ml, so one vial fills it with room to spare.
5. What's the difference between High Flow and Low Flow?
High Flow runs a 10-minute session at higher output — press once. Low Flow runs 20 minutes at a gentler output — press twice. Manual Mode (press four times) mists only while you hold the side button.
6. How do I clean it after each session?
Empty the nebulizer cup, add hot water above 185°F / 85°C, press the power button three times to run the 5-minute Cleaning Mode, then rinse detachable parts and air dry. Never touch or wipe the mesh plate, and never immerse the main unit in water.
7. Can I save an open vial for later?
No. These are single-use vials — once opened, sterility is broken. Discard any unused portion after each session.
8. How long will 25 vials last?
One vial per session means 25 sessions. Duration depends on how often you nebulize.
9. Can more than one person use the device?
It's intended for single-person use. Children must use under adult supervision.
10. What does the warranty cover?
The device carries a 1-year limited warranty. Saline vials are consumables and aren't covered.
